How long does printing take?

Most orders are printed in 1-3 business days, with 3 business days as the standard estimate. Larger, more complex or high-volume orders may require 4-5 business days. Shipping time begins after production is complete.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Keep the item and all packaging, then contact Kiddo Zone promptly. A clear, complete and unedited unboxing video that starts before the sealed package is opened is required for shipping-damage claims. Once the video confirms that the item arrived damaged, we will provide a replacement or refund for the affected item.

Is an unboxing video required?

Yes. The video must begin with the sealed package and continue through the full inspection of the item. Claims without a qualifying unboxing video cannot be approved.

Why can my print look slightly different from the photos?

Every piece is produced layer by layer. Minor layer lines, support marks and small color variations are normal characteristics of 3D printed products.

When will I receive tracking?

Tracking is sent after your order has been printed, cleaned, inspected and packed. Production time and carrier transit time are separate.
