Order support

For questions about an existing order, please include:

• Your order number
• The name and email used at checkout
• A short description of the issue
• Clear photos of the product and shipping package when reporting damage

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. An unboxing video is strongly recommended because it helps us confirm shipping damage, but clear photographs may also be reviewed. Once the issue is confirmed, we will arrange the appropriate replacement, repair, or refund according to our Refund Policy.

Production time

Most 3D printed orders are produced within 1–3 business days, with 3 business days being standard. Large or complex models may require 4–5 business days before shipping.
