OVERVIEW

Welcome to KiddoZone. These Terms of Service govern your use of kiddozone.us and purchases made through our store. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy. KiddoZone is powered by Shopify.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNTS

You must be at least the age of majority in your state of residence, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing, and shipping information and for maintaining the security of your account.

2. 3D PRINTED PRODUCTS

Most KiddoZone products are made to order using additive manufacturing. Layer lines, small surface variations, seam marks, color differences, and minor differences from product photographs are normal characteristics of 3D printing and are not defects. Product dimensions are approximate. Unless a listing specifically states otherwise, products are intended as collectible display items and are not designed for young children. Products may contain small parts and are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. Keep products away from excessive heat, open flame, and prolonged direct sunlight.

3. ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for inventory, pricing, fraud-prevention, intellectual-property, or shipping reasons. Because production may begin soon after purchase, cancellation requests must be submitted within 6 hours of ordering and can only be approved if production has not started. Please review product size, color, quantity, and shipping address before submitting your order.

4. PRICES, TAXES, AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated and may change without notice. Applicable sales tax and shipping charges are calculated at checkout. Payment must be authorized before an order is accepted. Promotions and discount codes may be subject to separate terms and may not be combined unless expressly permitted.

5. PRODUCTION TIME

Typical production time is 1–3 business days, with 3 business days being standard. Large, complex, highly detailed, or high-volume orders may require 4–5 business days. Production time is separate from carrier transit time. We will contact you if an unusual delay is expected.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are currently shipped within the United States using the services displayed at checkout. Shipping charges are based on the delivery address, package size, and shipment weight. Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Carrier delays, weather disruptions, and other events outside our reasonable control may affect delivery. Please review our Shipping Policy for additional details.

7. RETURNS, DAMAGE, AND ORDER ISSUES

Made-to-order products are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the order, contact us within 7 days of delivery through our Contact page. Include the order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. An unboxing video is strongly recommended because it helps confirm shipping damage, but clear photographic evidence may also be reviewed. For confirmed qualifying issues, KiddoZone will provide a replacement, repair, or refund as described in our Refund Policy.

8. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, measurements, specifications, and availability accurately. Screen settings and the characteristics of handmade or 3D printed production may cause differences. We may correct errors, update descriptions, or cancel an order affected by a material pricing or listing error.

9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The KiddoZone website design, original branding, text, photography, graphics, and other original store content are owned by KiddoZone or used with permission. Third-party names, characters, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. No purchase grants a license to reproduce, scan, mold, manufacture, resell, or commercially exploit our content or products unless expressly agreed in writing.

10. PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, infringing, or harmful activity; interfere with website security or operation; introduce malicious code; collect customer information without authorization; or reproduce store content for commercial use without permission.

11. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND SHOPIFY

Our store may use Shopify and other third-party services for hosting, checkout, payments, analytics, and shipping. KiddoZone is the seller of products purchased from this store. Third-party services are subject to their own terms and privacy practices, and KiddoZone is not responsible for third-party websites that may be linked from the store.

12. PRIVACY

Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Information necessary to provide the store may also be processed by Shopify and authorized service providers.

13. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis except for rights that cannot legally be excluded. KiddoZone is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

15. CHANGES AND CONTACT
